Returns & Refunds policy

At Gift O Nest, we aim to deliver joy with every gift and toy you purchase. While we take great care in packaging and dispatching orders, rare issues may occur. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer returns or refunds.

When Are Returns or Refunds Accepted?

We only accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

1. Wrong Product Delivered – You received an item different from what you ordered.

2. Damaged Product Delivered – The product arrived broken or visibly damaged.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of product

• Delayed delivery

• Incorrect size/color chosen by customer (unless we delivered the wrong variant)

Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a return or refund:

• You must raise the complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Clear photos and an unboxing video must be provided showing the issue and shipping label.

• The product must pass our quality check after return.

Returns without proper evidence or submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.

• Unboxing videos are mandatory for damage-related claims.

• We may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.

2. Verification
   Our team will verify your claim within 1–2 business days and inform you of the next steps.

Inspection & Resolution

After receiving the product, we’ll inspect it and initiate a refund or replacement within 3–7 business days, if the issue is confirmed.
